Azure DevOps Engineer - Remote (Latin America)

The Opportunity

As an Azure DevOps Engineer you will integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside existing designers and engineers on a daily basis, focusing on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

- Integrate into the client’s team, collaborating with designers and engineers.
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, repos, artifacts, and boards.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Manage CI/CD for microservices and serverless architectures.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes (AKS).
- Apply networking, security, and cloud best practices.
- Contribute to shared libraries and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Work 40 hours per week, meeting team and client expectations.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.




- Strong focus on Azure Cloud and experience with Azure DevOps Services.
- Proficiency in Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD for microservices and serverless architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.
- Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to work on large, complex systems with extreme ownership.
- Forensic attention to detail and a positive, can‑do attitude.
