Tender Engineer

Location: Lima, Perú.

What You Will Do

- Prepare offers including analysis of customer requirements and possible deviations in the proposal
- Prepare the technical offer with technical specifications of the solution, services proposed, and execution timeline
- Coordinate with Schneider factory and/or outsource partner quotations to gather relevant costing of the different package
- Prepare the cost breakdown for the service offer to be reviewed and agreed with the Business Manager
- Calculate the forecast gross margin
- Identify and collect technical, commercial and legal risks and opportunities in the bid phase; draw up actions to mitigate possible risks and increase margin
- Depending on amount of the offer and complexity, prepare the RITE and elevate to Legal
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales rep in charge of the opportunity to optimize the offer
- Ensure high level of tendering service by providing offers to customers on time
- Measure and follow up customer satisfaction, monitor trends for improvement

Qualifications





- Engineering-related degree (Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic or related fields)
- 3 years’ experience in Tendering and/or Project management
- Read and understand electrical drawings
- ERP system understanding
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Business understanding
- Experience in similar industry
