A high-caliber Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead and scale our delivery operations in Peru. This role is a blend of rigorous operational management, strategic business growth, and financial stewardship. Responsible for overseeing a diverse team of HCL professionals, ensuring excellence in both Time & Materials (T&M;) and technical project delivery across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
1. Delivery Excellence & Team Leadership
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage the delivery lifecycle for technical teams in Peru, ensuring all milestones are met within scope. Managing high priority incidents.
- Dual-Model Management: Effectively balance the requirements of T&M; (staff augmentation) engagements and complex Technical Managed Services.
- Resource Optimization: Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the local engineering and technical teams to maintain high engagement and low attrition.
2. Strategic Growth & CSI
- Continual Service Improvement (CSI): Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvements using Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies to drive value for the client.
- Business Expansion: Partner with stakeholders to identify "white space" opportunities within the account, specifically focusing on the convergence of IT and OT.
- Strategy Development: Formulate long-term delivery roadmaps that align with the client’s digital transformation goals.
- Billing & Revenue Assurance: Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to ensure accurate monthly billing, manage WIP (Work in Progress), and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
4. Stakeholder Reporting
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, providing transparent reporting on SLAs, KPIs, PIR.
