About the Role
InEvent is launching a one‑year Graduate Take‑Off Program open to recent graduates worldwide. The program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold. You will gain hands‑on experience and develop in‑demand skills while contributing to the overall goal of our company. Participants are paid while learning and developing these skills. The program runs 40 hours per week during the year and is fully remote. At the end of the program, you could have the opportunity to work on a full‑time basis with InEvent.
Requirements
- Speak fluent English.
- Be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Hold an undergraduate degree or be graduating soon.
- Be able to multitask and work 40 hours per week without interruptions.
- Show resilience and a positive can‑do attitude.
- Understand the importance of continuous learning.
- Own a personal computer and have a stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage issue reports.
- Communicate with customers via chat and email regarding technical matters (bugs, etc.).
- Maintain open communication with the Product team to keep up with the resolution process.
- Support the Customer Success team with queries and issues.
- Continuously learn about InEvent platform updates to ensure technical support coherence.
Adecuado Profile
- Fluent English.
- Intermediate Google Sheets knowledge.
- Experience in a tech company or startup.
- Experience in customer support or success is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of API integrations.
- Graduation in Computer Engineering is a differential.
