Talent Focus is delighted to partner with a prestigious international wealth management institution in identifying exceptional Wealth Advisors for their thriving high net-worth Private Client practice in San Diego. As part of an ongoing growth initiative, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a globally respected organization, dedicated to empowering affluent clients through personalized, strategic wealth management.

This is a salaried position with commission based on new fee generation.

Your Role

As a Wealth Advisor, you will act as a trusted confidant to high-net-worth individuals and families, guiding them through the complexities of wealth with integrity and insight. You will leverage cutting-edge financial planning tools, in-depth market research, and premier investment capabilities to help your clients preserve and grow their wealth — aligned with their personal values and long-term aspirations.

Our client is deeply invested in your success, providing full training and support to achieve professional certifications and career advancement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking outstanding individuals with:

- Experience: 5–10 years of success in sales, business development, or relationship management within financial services / high net-worth individuals
- Network: A cultivated or developing base of high net-worth clients or prospects, with the ability to foster new relationships
- Skills:



High emotional intelligence, strong consultative communication, and a solid grasp of capital markets and financial instruments
- Character: Integrity, intellectual curiosity, a passion for helping others, and the perseverance to succeed in a performance-driven environment
