Overview Position: Brand Manager / Marketing Manager (Bilingual) Company: Espanglish Marketing Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (ET) + Saturdays half day Location: 100% Remote (U.S. preferred) About the Role Espanglish Marketing is looking for a highly organized, creative, and data-driven Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to lead brand execution across multiple client accounts. This role combines content strategy + design direction + paid ads + performance tracking. You’ll coordinate with our web team, graphic designers, and video editors to make sure campaigns go out on time, look premium, and perform.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Execution - Build and manage weekly/monthly content calendars (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts depending on client).

- Create content grids (Instagram layout planning) and visual direction aligned to each brand.
- Develop content ideas (hooks, reels concepts, carousel topics, storytelling angles).
- Write/edit captions in American English (and Spanish when needed) with brand voice consistency.
- Coordinate publishing schedules and approvals with clients. Design & Creative Coordination - Create/coordinate marketing assets (posts, flyers, ads, thumbnails, stories).
- Work with Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and/or Canva as needed.
- Provide clear creative briefs to designers and video editors (style, references, dimensions, deadlines). Paid Media & Performance - Support and/or manage campaigns in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) - Google Ads - TikTok Ads (plus if you can manage end-to-end) - Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS) and report insights.
- Recommend optimizations based on results. Web & Project Management - Coordinate with the web team for landing pages, tracking,
pixel events, basic SEO tasks.
- Ensure proper UTM tracking and campaign organization.
- Keep projects on track using structured workflows (Asana/Trello/ClickUp—any is fine). AI + Efficiency Tools - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, etc.) to accelerate ideation, copy, and workflows—without sacrificing quality.

Requirements (Must-Have) - Advanced American English (written and spoken) — must sound natural and professional.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands/accounts and delivering content consistently.
- Strong marketing taste: clean design sense, good typography, layout balance.
- Adobe Suite proficiency (Photoshop + Illustrator minimum).
- Experience with content planning and execution for social media.
- Comfort working with metrics and ad platforms (Meta + Google at minimum).
- High reliability: meets deadlines, communicates clearly, follows systems. Nice-to-Have (Big Plus) - TikTok Ads hands-on experience.
- Video editing knowledge (CapCut/Premiere) or strong ability to direct editors.
- Basic SEO / Google Business Profile optimization experience.
- Experience with U.S. Hispanic market brands (Spanglish tone, cultural context).
