Core Responsibilities:

- Develop annual sales plans and growth strategies for offline channels nationwide in Peru.
- Decompose sales targets, and monitor sales, inventory and purchase data, SI/ST/SO of all channels including OR, key accounts (KA) and distributors (IR).
- Manage key customer relationships, lead negotiations and implement related policies.
- Coordinate resources with the marketing department to ensure effective execution of promotional activities and policies at stores.
- Control the team's expense budget and ensure a favorable return on investment.

- At least 5-year mobile sales experience, well acquainted with local markets and channels.
- Candidates with extensive IR distribution resources are highly preferred.
