Position Overview As the first point of contact for our passengers, you will play a vital role in managing and building personalized itineraries, handling queries, and offering first-class travel advice. You will ensure the highest standards of service by maintaining excellent communication, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail. Success in this role requires politeness, assertiveness, and the ability to make a lasting impression and set the right tone for our passengers' adventures.

Requirements/Qualifications - University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Journalism, Marketing (with a focus on content creation or customer service)

- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years experience in tourism or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Availability to work on a rotating schedule,
including weekends and public holidays Responsibilities - Respond to passenger queries and requests via email, WhatsApp, and phone, determining their needs and providing timely assistance
- Create tailor-made travel itineraries that contribute to unique and memorable experiences, aligning with passengers’ travel plans
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective travelers and those currently on their journeys with us
- Provide outstanding customer service aiming to exceed expectations and set a positive tone for every tour
- Handle complaints and complex situations with professionalism, assertiveness, and care
- Perform administrative duties, including data analysis, liaising with third-party agencies (e.g., Viator, TourRadar), processing refunds, and managing internal customer service tasks
- Coordinate with outside tour operators as needed
