- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the central operational hub, aligning global teams (CRM, Marketing, Product, VIP, Payments, Tech, Compliance) to flawlessly deliver initiatives tailored to the local market.
- Champion Local Insights: Serve as the definitive "voice of the market," leveraging deep expertise in player behavior, culture, and competition to shape broader group strategies.
- Drive Performance & Operational Readiness: Continuously analyze high-level KPIs to pivot commercial tactics, while ensuring end-to-end platform stability, optimized customer journeys, and strict regulatory compliance.

What You

Bring - Deep knowledge of the Australia and/or New Zealand markets, including player behavior, the competitive landscape, regulations, and cultural nuances - Proven background in a Country/Brand Manager, Commercial, or Marketing role within online gaming, betting,



or a similar regulated digital consumer industry.

- A strong track record of hitting revenue, retention, and margin targets. You are highly analytical and comfortable dissecting core KPIs (revenue, deposits, ARPU, bonus efficiency) to drive action.
