Role
nWe seek a dynamic People Analytics Data Scientist with a successful track record in developing and leading people analytics strategies in a fast-paced environment. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to support talent decisions, optimize talent metrics aligned with business goals,
and enhance the analytical capabilities of the people team. You will drive strategic initiatives, execute hands-on projects, and help Whatnot attract top talent, improve team development, retention, and employee engagement.n
Responsibilities

1. Lead and implement the people analytics strategy in collaboration with the People team, business leaders, data scientists, and IT.

2. Build a robust people analytics structure with predictive insights and prescriptive impacts to create competitive advantages.

3. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

4. Create scalable data pipelines from various sources for analysis and automated reporting.

5. Analyze data patterns, use predictive modeling to uncover insights, and forecast organizational needs.
