Role Description - Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations on major US marketplaces (focused on, but not exclusive to Amazon, Walmart, Target among others) - Participation and overseeing content production – copywriting, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimized (per the SEO recommendations) - Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights - Analyze client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across Amazon and other US FMCG e-Retailers - Uploading and correcting the content as well as assets renaming, upload, download, segregation - Translate client input and brand guidelines into actionable content and optimization plans - Files management, database adjustments, and data migration,
PIM maintenance - Being up to date with eCommerce trends across major US marketplaces - Ongoing research of e-Retailers functionalities, widgets, and features - Editing / creating Product Detail Pages/ Brand Stores - Likely Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers - Seasonal content/deals monitoring, if applicable Requirements - Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically in US-based e-retailers; Must on Amazon.com, on Walmart/Target and IC preferably in FMCG - Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication. (practical knowledge of Salsify/Syndigo tools) - Good analytical, project management skills with excellent communication and attention to detail - Strong Project Management skills that allow running client/projects independently - US English Native speaker or Advanced English Level - at least C1 - Proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility - Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailer - Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindsetAssertiveness and courage in presenting ideas - Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva for basic design adjustments preferred Nice To Have - Strong PM tools expertise to be able to manage complex client portfolios and parallel projects (e.g. ASANA or other) - Knowledge of US retailer requirements beyond Amazon (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Target, Instacart) - Desired familiarity with tools like: Commerce IQ and also other AI based testing tools - Experience running content A/B tests or working with UX performance feedback - Good knowledge of Photoshop and Canva What We Offer - Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation - We are looking for someone full-time, but we are also open to freelance arrangements - 26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off - Opportunity to work with international brands and to participate in exciting integral project - Exciting and friendly work environment - Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules - Training in eCommerce and development opportunities - Yearly performance bonus or salary raise Recruitment Process - Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates - Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person - Step 3 Recruitment interview with a direct manager - Step 4 Preparing and presenting recruitment task
