You’ll deliver hands-on technical support, train customers, and ensure service excellence using our patented TRAXX AI 2.0 analytics platform. Our platform predicts failures, assesses energy efficiency, monitors utilization, tracks validation, and evaluates quality of repairs. Role Based in Southern California, you will support life-science customers, troubleshoot systems, assist with installs, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities - Support customers via phone, email, and on-site

- Troubleshoot and test using TRAXX AI 2.0 diagnostics and Wi-Fi network connections
- Track issues in CRM and provide reports
- Collaborate with sales and engineering on solutions Idóneo Qualifications - Experience with installing and supporting wireless IoT/monitoring systems
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, predictive analytics
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
