Peru, is seeking a senior Lima‑based commercial leader to build and lead its local ecosystem partnership strategy in Peru. The mission of this role is to develop trusted relationships with key local partners and convert CMI’s differentiated strengths into partner‑led growth. Job Responsibilities - Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value local ecosystem partners in Peru, including system integrators, value‑added distributors, project‑oriented solution players, public‑sector solution partners, and selected industrial or telecom solution partners.

- Identify and recruit 5–8 anchor partners capable of jointly developing medium‑to‑high‑value opportunities in public sector, smart infrastructure, industrial digitalization, mining, logistics, campus, and video‑led solution environments.




- Translate China‑proven solutions and use cases into locally sellable, partner‑friendly offerings for the Peruvian market.
- Lead procurement optimization and value engineering discussions, including BOM design, vendor selection logic, price‑performance positioning, sourcing strategy, warranty/RMA coordination, and commercial packaging.
- Work with headquarters, product teams, and selected OEM ecosystems to adapt solution capabilities into Peru‑ready proposals and partner enablement materials.
- Establish clear rules of engagement with partners, including partner‑first principles, opportunity governance, joint account planning, margin logic, and escalation paths.
- Support complex pre‑sales and commercial cycles for partner‑led opportunities, especially in smart city, safe city, industrial, public sector, campus, mining, and logistics‑related projects.
- Build market intelligence on priority scenarios, local partner capabilities, competitor positioning, procurement patterns, and customer buying behavior.
- Lead a virtual cross‑functional team across local commercial teams, headquarters, product, and supply chain functions to support ecosystem‑led growth.
- Drive measurable commercial outcomes through partner‑sourced pipeline, partner‑influenced wins, lighthouse accounts, and repeatable joint solution packages.

Key Requirements - 12+ years of experience in ICT, telecom, digital solutions, system integration, or industrial/public‑sector technology environments in Peru.

- Strong network in Lima across system integrators, distributors, public‑sector solution providers, and telecom/ICT partners.
- Proven track record in partner‑led business development, alliances, or solution commercialization.
- Solid experience in at least one of the following domains:
- smart city / safe city, intelligent video, command centers, public sector digitalization, industrial or mining solutions, logistics/port, campus solutions, or 5G enterprise use cases.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage in solution architecture, value engineering, procurement strategy, and complex deal structuring.
- Experience working with Chinese vendors, China‑origin solutions, or integral OEM ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a matrix, cross‑regional environment with local and HQ teams.
- Native Spanish and fluent business English required.
- Based in Lima, Peru, with flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
