- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements

- Build strong candidate pipelines for roles in DevOps, Cloud, Software, and more

- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify high-quality candidates

- Experience recruiting for IT/Tech roles
n
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
n
- Excellent communication in English (advanced level required)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
