The Role

nWe are looking for a Project Management Intern to support our Planning and Operations team. This is a position that requires a high level of proactivity and the ability to manage complex variables in a fast-paced environment. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the coordination between our planning core and our field execution in Canada.n

Key responsibilities

- Collaborate in the planning and organization of work team tasks.
n
- Keep dashboards updated in Google Sheets, Monday.com, and other internal platforms.
n
- Support the logistical coordination of materials, deliveries, and transfers within projects.
n
- Follow up on progress reports and team timesheets.
n




- Review project plans and instructions to facilitate documentation and work preparation.
n
- Assist in the sourcing and vetting of specialized labor and field teams located in Montreal.
n
- Support the tracking of project milestones to ensure compliance with technical requirements and deadlines.
n

nDesired profilen

n
- Education: University students currently in their 8th semester (8vo ciclo) or higher.
n
- Major: Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
n
- Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory). French is highly desirable.
n
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (Drive). Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
n
- Profile: Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
- Interest in developing competencies in project management, logistics, and administration in a dynamic and international environment.
