nABOUT THE ROLE The IT and Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting digital implementation, reporting, and data integrity of a global educational project delivered across multiple regions. This role will work alongside the General Program Manager and the Delivery Manager to design, evaluate, and improve the project’s digital pathways and user experience, while also enabling reliable reporting and operational visibility.n

The IT & Data Analyst will provide hands-on functional support, develop reporting tools for regional and national teams,



and deliver monthly/quarterly insights to improve scalability and performance. This role merges key responsibilities traditionally associated with digital success/service management and operational data analysis.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

n

- Design, review and optimize the project’s digital flows (registration, access, tracking, reporting).
n
- Identify user experience of friction points and propose scalable improvements.
n
- Ensure alignment across platforms (LMS, internal tools, reporting systems).
n
- Provide functional technical support to participating countries and act as a first point of contact for incidents.
n
- Ensure data integrity, QA processes, access management, and record consistency.
n
- Develop and optimize reporting templates, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
n
- Consolidate and validate country reports and maintain shared trackers.
n
- Analyze key project metrics and produce monthly/quarterly insights and recommendations.
n
- Document best practices and contribute to scalable digital implementation models.
n

nCANDIDATE PROFILEn

n
- Degree or advanced student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Technology or related fields.
n
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, digital platform implementation, or operational data analysis.
n
- Experience managing e-learning platforms (LMS experience desirable).
n
- Experience in Support/Help Desk of tools or technology platforms.
n
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
n
- Familiarity with integrations (LTI, APIs, data flows) is desirable.
n
- Basic understanding of UX and digital user journey improvement is a plus.
n
- Experience working in regional or multicultural environments.
n
- Autonomy, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
n
- Languages: Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese desirable.
