Your Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day laboratory operations, including equipment functionality and maintenance

n

- Manage reagents and procurement of laboratory materials

n

- Perform and develop NGS protocols, including sequencing data analysis (Sanger and NGS) and genotyping

n

- Lead the development and optimization of new methodologies

n

- Conduct double verification of results entered into the system and authorize their release with the corresponding report signature

n

- Coordinate collaborations with suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies

n

- Build, train, and lead high-performing teams

n

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and good laboratory/business practices

n

Your profile

n

n





- Minimum of 5 years of experience in genetics and laboratory management

n

- Good level in English (written and spoken)

n
