Required Qualifications

n

- 5+ yearsnof experience innServiceNow integration engineeringnor platform development.
n
- Strong hands‑on experience withnIntegrationHub, Flow Designer, scripting, business rules, and MID Serversn.
n
- Proven experience deliveringnproduction‑grade integrationsnacrossnITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery (IRE / Service Graph)n.
n
- Strong knowledge ofnREST/SOAP APIsnand authentication mechanisms (nOAuth2, SAML, JWTn).
n
- Experience withnCI/CD pipelinesn, version control (Git), and automated testing tools.
n
- Solid troubleshooting skills using logs, metrics,



and traces.
n
- ITIL v4 Foundationnknowledge and experience working innglobal delivery modelsn.
n

nPreferred Qualifications / Certificationsn

n
- ServiceNow certifications:nCSA, CAD, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑Discovery, IntegrationHub
n
- Exposure tonITOM / CMDB / Service Graph
n
- Experience withnAzure Integration Services, API Gateways, MuleSoftn, or similar platforms
n
- Familiarity withnobservability stacks and performance testing
