- Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with the option to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical location

Role Overview The Market Manager oversees the local team for the business line and participates hands-on in sales and recruitment efforts with candidates and clients in the Century City, Los Angeles, California area. In a largely virtual environment, the Market Manager uses end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to promote workforce staffing solutions through a mix of video and in-person meetings.

- Experience in business development and outbound sales
- Strong business acumen and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities
- Staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
- Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with company values
- Commitment to fostering belonging in the work environment
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
