We are seeking a Mining Technology Engineer I with an innovative vision, solid technical training, and a focus on the application of digital solutions in mining.

n

Requirements - Graduate or bachelor/'s degree in Mining Engineering.

n

- Minimum of 2 years/' experience in roles related to the mining sector.
- Knowledge of mining operations, planning or process management.
- Mastery of digital tools:
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Power BI (Intermediate) for data visualization.
- Python (desirable) for data analysis.
- CAD & MinePlan (CAD Tools).
- Experience in using data analysis tools and systems.
- Effective communication skills with technical and commercial teams.
- Advanced English (desirable).
- Genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation in mining.

Responsibilities

- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with geologists, mining engineers,



and other specialists to integrate technological solutions into mining processes.
- Communication with Stakeholders: participate in meetings with executives and stakeholders internal, clearly communicating the progress and needs of the area.
- Analysis of Mining Processes: Evaluate operations (extraction, processing, transportation) using technological tools and data analysis, supporting the development of digital solutions.
- Identification of Inefficiencies: detect and report areas for improvement in applications, technological systems and operational processes.
- Project management: coordinate with multidisciplinary teams the implementation of technological improvement projects.
- Data Analysis and Reports: collect, analyze and interpret operational data, developing dashboards and reports in Power BI and Python.
- Report Preparation: Prepare management and performance reports with dynamic visualizations and customized analysis.
- Training and Support: train staff in new technologies and provide technical support for digital implementations.
- Research and Development: research technological trends applicable to mining and promote the use of new digital tools in the organization.
