Office of the CEO Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for someone who is methodical, organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

In this role, you'll analyze, review, define, and continuously improve processes, identifying systemic issues across different areas and proposing solutions for them. You will work on high-impact initiatives directly sponsored by the CEO, giving you unique exposure to the company’s most strategic priorities. You will work alongside a team of remarkable and talented people, gain visibility into cross-company processes in a hyper-growth, very efficient company, and have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

n

- Analyze and define processes,



detect systemic issues, and propose solutions, leading or following the execution and implementation of those solutions.
- Identify automation or improvement opportunities within the CEO’s administrative scope, and document the processes for scalability and long-term efficiency.
- Filter, classify, and route messages from the CEO's LinkedIn and email accounts through the appropriate channels, applying judgment and business context to prioritize what requires executive attention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication from our CEO.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship, helping translate high-level priorities into structured execution plans.
