Position is HYBRID, the expectation is for someone to be onsite 2 days/week in the

- In Peru Office in Miraflores Lima-Peru

nPosition is estimated to be 2 months in duration, at most.

Job Responsibilities

n Ensure the successful creation of orders in SAP, either manually or through different platforms.n

 Download of Purchase Orders from customer portals (Distributor or End Customer)

n

 Review, report, and follow up on order entry errors via EDI or other platforms.

n

 Daily follow up on order status and invoicing

n

 Manage price differences in customer orders.

n

 Administration of the Order Entry Portal: upload and update catalogs and images

n

 Send reports on order entry and price differences.

n

 Communicate order entry status (order closures,



price changes and/or product reference changes, updates, etc.).

n

 Create orders for rebilling (re-invoice).

n

 Drive continuous improvement related to the order entry process.

n

Requirements

n Academic Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.n

 1 year experience in related roles

n

 Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

n

 Knowledge on SAP.

n

 English basic

n

Skills

n High level of proactivity.n

 Ability to work independently

n

 Strong communication skills.

n

nWork schedule may vary depending on the country supported:n

 5:00 am – 2:30 pm

n

 6:00 am – 3:30 pm

n

 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
