We are currently looking to add to our team: Genesys Cloud Administrator and Support You will be responsible for the administration and operational support of the Genesys Cloud platform, ensuring service continuity and efficient incident management in a multi-solution environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing Genesys Cloud, users, profiles, queues, workflows, reports, etc.
- Handling user support issues related to the platform.
- Handling issues with vendors (Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, telecommunications providers, etc.) - Analyzing technical issues by identifying potential causes of the problem - Understanding the overall architecture of the solution, its various components, and their integrations - Collaborating on the design of the integration architecture What we are looking for - Solid experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
- At least 4 years of experience with GC performing similar tasks.
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, telephony, networks, and contact centers.
- Knowledge of communications architectures.
- Experience with integration architectures.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Participation in high-impact international projects.
