to join our dynamic team in Lima, Perú. As the HR & Payroll Specialist , you will support the Regional HR Manager in the execution of HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with regional goals and global standards.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Payroll Coordinationn
n
- Act as the HR point of contact for the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely communication between HR, Finance, and payroll vendors.n
n
- Ideally, have experience participating in a payroll insourcing project or payroll vendor transition, including testing and cutover activities.n
n
- Demonstrate knowledge of local salary concepts, payroll legislation, and compliance requirements.n
n
- Support compensation and benefits administration and collaborate on total rewards initiativen
n
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed in compliance with company policies and local regulations.n
n
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, initial candidate screenings, and interview scheduling. Work closely with the Regional HR Manager to meet staffing needs.n
n
- Employee Relations: Support positive workplace relationships by providing assistance with employee queries and fostering an inclusive environment.n
n
- HR Administration: Maintain HR records, manage employee files, and update internal databases with employee information (e.g., new hires, terminations, leave balances).n
n
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information, supporting the compensation and benefits process.n
n
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting HR practices.n
n
- Training & Development Support: Coordinate logistics for training sessions and assist with tracking employee development plans.n
n
- HR Reporting:
Prepare basic HR reports and assist with data collection for regional HR metrics and analytics.n
n
nMust Haven
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
n
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a regional or multi-country setting.
n
- Familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Perú.
n
- English level, intermediate to advance, mandatory.
n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
n
