Role Overview
nAs the Product & Marketing Team Lead, you will manage our Workforce Accelerator interns. You will lead a cross-functional team of Associates (interns) using Agile Sprints to move projects from theory to execution.n
Key Responsibilities

- Agile Content & Program Management:nLead a cross-functional team using Agile Sprints to architect high-level PR and video strategies, ensuring interns successfully move from planning to execution.
n
- Growth Strategy & Media Production:nDrive the team to execute a social media content calendar including reels and shorts and oversee strategic efforts to double followers and backlinks.
n
- AI-First Content Auditing:nEnforce mandatory AI proficiency by reviewing the prompts used, ensuring Associates effectively leverage (LLMs) to meet tight deadlines.

nQualificationsn

- Language:nAdvanced/Fluent English is mandatory for global workforce integration and cross-functional collaboration.

- Technical Expertise:nExpertise in Digital Media and Video Production. Create high-quality, engaging video content and analyze social media metrics.

- Software Proficiency:nFluency in creative design and planning tools combined with strong organizational tools for managing robust, multi-channel content calendar.
n
- AI:nProficient in AI utilization for content creation and scaling to optimize workflows and meet tight production deadlines.
n
- Soft Skills:nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead creative teams under pressure.
