It focuses on enhancing cancer registries in line with international standards, expanding screening coverage for breast, cervical,



and colorectal cancers—particularly through mobile screening services targeting underserved populations—and increasing public awareness through communication and capacity‑building activities, while supporting evidence‑based decision‑making through data analysis, eTNM implementation, and cost‑efficiency assessments. The project will be implemented over a period of 36 months, starting in September 2026, with activities primarily based in Ankara and covering all provinces of Türkiye.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of professional experience or involvement in at least 3 projects related to communication strategy development and implementation - Demonstrated experience in organizing communication and visibility events - Experience in written and/or visual media is considered an asset - Prior experience in health communication or cancer awareness campaigns is highly desirable - Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills - Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
