Responsibilities - Prepare books, records, and monthly packages including schedules for the general partner and manager entities of affiliated subsidiaries - Review and analyze management fee and incentive allocation calculations prepared by affiliated subsidiaries - Prepare footnote schedules and review disclosures for quarterly financial statements - Prepare detailed accounting memorandums on transaction related activities including consolidation accounting, revenue recognition,



and investment fund/entity analyses - Prepare revenue and balance sheet analytics and provide explanations for significant variances - Review fund documents to understand various fund structures - Coordinate activities of external auditors and other consultants Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required - 3-6 years of experience in public and/or private accounting - CPA required - Experience within investment management or financial services industries required Salary Range $110,000-$130,000 Seniority level - Mid-Senior level Employment type - Full-time Job function - Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries - Staffing and Recruiting We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
