An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join a growing international renewables platform, supporting the management and optimisation of a portfolio of utility-scale solar and onshore wind assets across Latin America. This is a high-impact role offering ownership of operational performance, with responsibility for driving efficiency, managing risk, and maximising long-term asset value.

The Role As Senior Asset

Manager, you will take responsibility for the technical and operational performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. Acting as a key interface between internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure assets operate efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will play a central role across the full asset lifecycle, from onboarding through to optimisation, delivering measurable improvements in performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of solar and wind assets, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

- Analyse asset data to identify performance trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
- Deliver accurate reporting across technical performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Lead asset onboarding from construction into operations




- Maintain and develop risk matrices, technical documentation, and asset records
- Build and manage relationships with landowners, investors, off-takers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee contracts with suppliers and service providers, including performance management and negotiations
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve performance targets
- Support financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate technical risks
- Coordinate site managers, contractors, and external partners where required Candidate Profile - A technically strong and commercially minded professional, comfortable operating within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years’ experience in renewable energy asset management and operations essential
- Strong understanding of solar and/or wind technologies
- Experience with asset monitoring and performance platforms
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken essential)
- Ability to manage multiple assets or projects simultaneously
