Kest (GK), also known as GK, has been elevating the lives of residents in California and beyond by providing rental home communities that embrace compassion and inclusiveness. As European émigrés escaping Nazi persecution, Jona Goldrich and Sol Kest deeply understood the importance of having a safe and comfortable place to call home. GK is a proudly family-owned business transitioning to the third and fourth generations, managing a diverse portfolio of over 200 properties nationwide.

n

GK formed Goldrich & Kest, Inc. in 1957; they expanded to congregate care facilities for seniors and became one of the largest providers of government-assisted housing in Southern California. The company is transitioning from Owner/Operator to Third Party Management (TPM), and GK is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for immediate hiring.
