- This role is integral to Market Development, Acceptance. We work with cross‑functional partners to deliver against the organization’s Strategic Priorities: Becoming Digital by Default, Driving Results by leveraging Mastercard Assets, Driving Cross‑Border flows, Increasing Revenue and Market Share. Role - Supports team to deliver against business targets for MasterCard from new business and existing customers.
- Influences customer account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations.
- Supports customers on business and operational needs, building strong relationships.
- Supports project execution across all business functions including business development, advertising, marketing and product management.
- Provides insight in the analysis of customer’s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
- Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally.




- Acts as a project manager and key end‑to‑end resource lead on small to mid‑sized projects.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships, working closely with cross‑functional partners within the regions.

You - Bachelor’s degree required. Post‑graduate studies preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written skills required.
- Good presentation skills.
- Independent, motivated self‑starter - acts with a sense of urgency.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Strong multi‑tasking skills: must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects in a highly demanding general environment.
- Payment industry experience and knowledge of the banking & payments market (preferred).
- Command over Powerpoint and Excel. Languages - English mandatory.
