As a Senior Client Operations Officer of Banking Services you will be responsible for processing daily banking ETD activities, including OTC pricing, ETD processing, ETD matching and EMIR reconciliation. The role requires strong operational experience, familiarity with ETD products and OTC pricing models, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail. What will you do?

- Ensure quality and timeliness signoff for Banking processes – OTC pricing, ETD processing, ETD matching and EMIR reconciliation.
- Review reconciliation results and raise issues to brokers or internal stakeholders as needed.
- Investigate and perform 4‑eyes checks,



then communicate trade discrepancies to internal partners to resolve mismatches between clients and counterparties.
- Respond to mailbox queries in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage all queries effectively and send escalations to the Manager promptly.
- Sign off on daily process requirements in line with agreed timelines.
- Liaise with other department units to ensure a high‑quality service.
- Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and participate in business improvement projects.
- Maintain and update procedures in accordance with internal and client policies, defining new procedures where necessary. Must-have - Financial industry – Derivative knowledge (ETD & OTC) - Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients/business partners - Organizational and time‑management skills - Computer literacy – Intermediate MS Office (Excel and Access) - Ability to work under pressure Nice‑to‑have - Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, LSEG is a plus - Fund Accounting background will be an advantage - Strong team‑working ability - Analytical thinking Entity CACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole dedicated to asset managers and institutional investors.
