Overview Our client, a leading A-rated Insurance Carrier, is seeking to add a Senior Field Commercial Property Claims Adjuster to cover the Greater Las Vegas territory. This role handles mid to complex Commercial Property losses from inception to close, including on-site investigations/inspections and evaluating policy coverage. Candidates should be well versed in either Xactimate or Symbility.

Salary & Benefits - Base salary: $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

- Opportunity for growth Responsibilities - Handle Commercial Property losses including estimating, policy interpretation, drafting coverage position letters, and settling losses within a designated territory.
- Conduct on-site risk control evaluations of existing and prospective policyholders.
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, contractors and others,



as needed.
- Identify and pursue appropriate cost containment, loss mitigation and subrogation recovery opportunities.
- Negotiate and resolve claims within established settlement.
- Provide timely status reports regarding assigned claims to home office adjusters, management, and others.
- Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices.

Qualifications - 7 to 15+ years of Field Commercial Property claims handling experience.

- Must have experience working directly for an Insurance Carrier as a Field Commercial Property Adjuster.
- Must reside in Nevada.
- Must be well versed in either Xactimate or Symbility.
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. Job Details - Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
