How you'll make an impact - Drive and monitor the progress of the power electronics service sales strategy across assigned markets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
- Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
- Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
- Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.



Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background - Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in service sales, contract management, or commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and legal terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is required for regional operations.
