Responsibilities - Drive innovation and define processes across the post-processing section of the manufacturing floor, including removing parts from printing plates, supporting cleanup, and ensuring parts are set for delivery to the customer.

- Define processes and continuously identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.




- Leverage a background in metal manufacturing (e.g., aerospace, automotive) where dimension accuracy is a key element.

Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations & Engineering.

- Innovative outlook on post-processing, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency and speed.
