Responsibilities - Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities - Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams - Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives - Own project execution end-to-end — unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver impact - Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment - Help build a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture Requirements - Profile/background - 6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles - Strong technical foundation with hands‑on understanding of software development - Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI,
