Buscamos un/a Trading Manager para liderar el desarrollo y crecimiento de uno de los negocios más estratégicos de Natural Resources en Perú.

Esta posición actúa como Business Owner del portafolio de Trading, con responsabilidad directa sobre resultados financieros (P&L;), desarrollo de nuevos servicios, relacionamiento con yelling clientes clave y liderazgo transversal de operaciones en entornos complejos y de alto impacto. Es un rol que combina visión estratégica, cercanía operativa y fuerte exposición comercial, trabajando de la mano con equipos locales y filiales del grupo a nivel regional y global.

- నివ Identify opportunities for growth, new services and expansion of the Trading business in the local and regional market.
- Design and execute the business development strategy for short, medium and long term, aligned with Natural Resources objectives.
- Lead the elaboration and defense’import of technical, operational and economic proposals for strategic clients.
- Coordinate the implementation of new services and ensure effective post‑sale follow‑up.
- Act as Pраҡ Owner, managing contracts, costs, margins and profitability of the portfolio.
- Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Commercial and group subsidiaries to ensure a solid value proposition.

Lead and participate in strategic meetings with clients, representing SGS at high‑level environments.

- Perform leadership visits to operations, ports and BAR locales where services are executed, ensuring standards, proximity with the team and client satisfaction.
- Drive a culture of integrity, compliance and risk prevention in a highly sensitive and trusted business.
- Bachelor or equivalent in Mining unl, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Business, Finance or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Business, Administration or Finance desirable.
- Advanced English (essential).
- Minimum experience:
- 3 years in roles such as Product Manager, Service Head, Business Manager or similar positions.
- 5 years in the mining, trading, commodities, high‑value logistics or related industries.
- Previous experience in:
- Business development, trading or service management within the mining or commodity sectors.
- Budget management, cost analysis and profitability.
- Relationship with strategic clients বাঁ stakeholders at a high level.
- Knowledge of the mining environment and/or mineral commercialisation: mineral logistics, metal markets (gold, copper, zinc, among others) and export dynamics.
