Your Mission Architect and pilot a data‑driven revenue engine that transforms our founder‑led marketing into a brand‑led, repeatable growth system. You will lead growth experiments, design funnels, optimize conversion, explore acquisition channels, and align closely with sales—all while nurturing a high‑performance growth team.

Key Responsibilities - Continuously assess, refine, and reposition Offer‑Market Fit.

n

- Map and oversee funnel implementation, set up tracking, and manage budget scaling.
- Lead relentless CRO & A/B testing: design, launch, analyze, and iterate experiments.
- Audit friction points in the user journey and deploy fixes immediately.
- Explore and scale acquisition channels, prioritizing profitable high‑intent traffic.
- Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.
- Manage and develop the Growth team, sourcing talent and driving execution excellence.
- Align growth metrics with sales quality—focus on appointments, deals, and high‑intent leads. Tools I’ll Master GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude, VWO, Optimizely, Figma, Looker Studio,



and any tools that surface insights. KPIs - LTV / CAC ratio - Funnel conversion rates by stage - X experiments launched per week Desired Outcomes - Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.
- Continuous growth experimentation loop.
- Predictable, repeatable growth engine.

Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.

- Track record of designing, scaling A/B and multivariate tests that drove measurable revenue or conversion gains.
- Fluency in French (native/bilingual) and English (fluent).
- Strong data‑driven mindset with GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude or similar analytics. Competencies, Personality & Cultural Fit - Growth diagnosis & system thinking.
- Persuasion & behavioral insight.
- Analytical rigor.
- Curiosity and deep digging into user behavior.
- Hands‑on execution and precision.
- Agility—fast iteration from hypothesis to test.
