We’re Hiring | Project Manager (Remote - LATAM)

We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join a **U.S.based client**, working **100% remotely** from **Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, or Honduras**.
This is a **full-time position**, Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST**, supporting technology and software‑driven initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will own projects **end to end**, from intake and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination across teams, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the **full project lifecycle** (intake, planning, execution, delivery)
- Coordinate **cross‑functional teams** in technology or software environments
- Gather and document **business and technical requirements**:

- Create and maintain **project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs**:

- Track issues, risks, and mitigation actions
- Facilitate meetings, standups, and follow‑ups




- Provide clear **status reporting and executive‑level communication**:

- Manage backlogs, tickets, and sprints using **Jira**:

- Support workflow, process, and continuous improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years of experience** in Project Management (tech or software projects)
- Proven experience managing **end‑to‑end project delivery**:

- Strong understanding of **Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies**:

- Experience with **SDLC, systems implementation, and integrations**:

- Hands‑on experience with **Jira**, backlog, and sprint management
- Excellent **stakeholder management and prioritization skills**:

- Strong problem‑solving and ownership mindset
- **Advanced English (C1 / 90%)** for client‑facing communication
