The Job

n

As a Business Support Analyst you’ll be part of our Global HRIS team working as a remote employee.

n

You’ll get to

n

n

- Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for core HCM solutions, with a primary focus on Workday, in partnership with the Senior Manager, HR Technology.

n

- Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and business analysis for product features and enhancements related to core HR processes (e.g., employee data management, offboarding, position management) within Workday and other HR technologies.

n

- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and design through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement, emphasizing Workday as the primary platform.

n

- Collaborate extensively with HR Shared Services, Enablement, IT, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and technology innovation within HCM.

n

- Support the Senior Manager, HR Technology in developing and executing strategic initiatives and technology product roadmaps focused on core HCM.

n





- Oversee product design and implementation of new features and updates across Workday and additional HRIS platforms.

n

- Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during testing.

n

- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security throughout all product touchpoints.

n

- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, workflows, and operating procedures.

n

- Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making and product evolution.

n

- Champion change management, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement within HR technology products.

n

- Provide first-line support by responding to support tickets within the specialist functional area, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure system reliability.

n

- Escalate highly complex or strategic issues to senior leadership as needed.

n

You also have

n

n

- 5 years of experience in product management, HR technology,



or related HRIS/HCM roles.

n

- Strong communication skills in English (C1 )

n

- Demonstrated expertise in Workday HCM, with hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and optimizing Workday modules (Core, Absence, and Compensation products preferred).

n

- Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps for HR technology solutions.

n

- Experience with other HR technologies or platforms is a plus.

n

- Experience working with HR Shared Services, Enablement, and business partners.

n

- Preferred experience in a global or complex manufacturing organization.

n

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

n

- Deep understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.

n

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

n

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive strategic product improvements.
