Qué harás

Estrategia y negocio

- Traducir los objetivos de negocio del cliente en oportunidades concretas para la agencia: nuevos proyectos, expansión de servicios, crecimiento de scope.
- Participar activamente en el planeamiento estratégico de campañas aportando visión de negocio, no solo gestión.
- Identificar y presentar proactivamente oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling dentro de las cuentas a tu cargo.

Gestión comercial

- Ser co-responsable del crecimiento de revenue en tus cuentas, con metas de expansión anuales.
- Elaborar y presentar propuestas de valor a clientes de forma autónoma o junto al Director de Cuentas.
- Gestionar negociaciones de alcance, presupuesto y timings con autonomía y criterio.
- Construir relaciones en múltiples niveles dentro del cliente — no sólo con tu cont
