Position: Community Living Worker – Casual On-Call
Hours: Must be available for at least one shift per week. Preference will be given to candidates available for overnight shifts.

We are looking for a Community Living Worker to join our Sources Community Living Services team This individual must be passionate about working with people, engaging, and empathic.

Description of Position
Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting for our residential program in Delta. This program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health related needs. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.
Reporting to: Chestnut House Program Manager
Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships.
Coaching life skills.
Assist to design and implement person centred support plans.
