We are launching a new Staffing & RPO business unit, and we are looking for a Business Manager to build it from the ground up.This role goes beyond sales. You will be fully responsible for developing, structuring, and scaling the business, owning everything from client acquisition to revenue growth.If you have experience selling recruiting or RPO services and are ready to own and build a business line, this role is for you.What You Will OwnBuild and execute the commercial strategy for the new business unitGenerate and close new business in staffing, recruiting, and/or RPO servicesOwn the full sales cycle and revenue targetsDefine pricing, service structure, and go-to-market approachPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure strong deliveryIdentify growth opportunities and scale the business unit over timeWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in B2B sales within staffing, recruiting,
