Job Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our FP&A; team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lima, Perú. It is a hybrid role requiring a presence of at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities

Analyze complex financial and quantitative data to support business partners with strategic recommendations.
Review and conduct analysis of financial planning information and reports, and recommend changes to management.
Communicate consistently with business partners to ensure alignment and foster a close relationship.
Assist in the month‑end close process by preparing recurring, standard, and ad‑hoc reports and researching the general ledger.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor their development.
Manage financial databases and demonstrate strong communication and storytelling skills to facilitate decision‑making.
