Your Impact
You will develop talent management strategies, build trust-based relationships with internal clients and ensure the success of new hires.
You will work with internal clients to determine hiring targets as well as develop profiles and specifications. You will be responsible for the full candidate lifecycle, turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals to attract and develop candidate interest.
You will work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients,



guiding both efficiently through our robust election process, synthesizing feedback from assessors and threading together a storyline to determine the viability of a candidate's success for our election process whilst providing consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against your goals. You will participate in recruiting-related projects to set best practice like performance metrics. You will also work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities, ensure recruiting remains a leadership agenda item and develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team.
You will be based in our Lima office as part of our recruiting team in Latin America for 1 year on a part-time basis (30 hours p/week).
