**The Role**
As part of our continued commitment to food safety excellence and global certification standards, we are seeking an experienced Food Safety Office to lead and strengthen our food safety systems across our integral operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the global implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of FSSC 22000 or other GFSI approved certification across all coffee facilities, defining and driving a clear certification roadmap.
- Maintain, manage,



and continuously improve the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS), ensuring full alignment with FSSC 22000, HACCP, PRPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and standardize all food safety documentation and tools, including HACCP plans, PRPs, audit programs, traceability procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate, guide, and supervise Regional Food Safety Experts, ensuring effective execution of certification, audit readiness, and compliance activities at regional and site levels.
- Ensure all facilities meet and maintain FSSC 22000 certification, stay current with certification, customer, and regulatory changes, and leading sites through external and surveillance audits.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, hygiene inspections, and traceability exercises, driving corrective and preventive actions and monitoring effectiveness
