Right now, we are looking for a Documentation Specialist / Quality assurance to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon. Your responsibilities include: Process design and improvement (producing, reviewing and maintaining project and technical deliverables within the scope of the service transition program); Gathering information from technical teams (incoming and outgoing) and from the client through interviews, workshops and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions; Structuring, organising and standardising documentation according to defined standards, ensuring consistency, clarity and traceability; Documenting processes, workflows,



application and infrastructure architectures, configurations, integrations and system dependencies; Supporting the build-up and maintenance of the documentation repository; Ensuring alignment of the documentation with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Level Management, etc.) Contributing to the definition of templates, documentation taxonomy and knowledge management best practices. You must have: Higher Degree or equivalent (training or professional experience); Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the design and improvement of procedures and operational documentation; Knowledge of the ITIL framework and of the terminology associated with IT service management; Proven ability to conduct interviews and information-gathering sessions with technical teams; Rigour, method, attention to detail and strong focus on the quality of the deliverable; Proficiency with documentation a
