What will you do?

Primary Responsibilities

- Administer and support all types of system related updates and data analysing related to the technical support.

- Support Function experience, including Data Maintenance, Investigation and system support on the business application.

- Working closely with the business unit to resolve and support technical queries.

- Oversee and support day to day work of and ensuring accurately and timely execution and work closely with stakeholders to identify issues and translate them into technical requirements for system updates or setups.

- User support & troubleshooting – Point of contact for system errors and manage data integrity.

- Accurate and timely execution of agreed day to day processes supporting the business unit and taking ownership of the functions across a range of Private Capital Services structures.
