Channel Manager
Core Responsibilities:
Develop annual sales plans and growth strategies for offline channels nationwide in Peru. Decompose sales targets, and monitor sales, inventory and purchase data, SI/ST/SO of all channels including OR, key accounts (KA) and distributors (IR). Manage key customer relationships, lead negotiations and implement related policies. Coordinate resources with the marketing department to ensure effective execution of promotional activities and policies at stores. Control the team's expense budget and ensure a favorable return on investment.

Requirements
At least 5-year mobile sales experience, well acquainted with local markets and channels. Candidates with extensive IR distribution resources are highly preferred.
Salary structure: monthly basic salary USD) + quarterly bonus
