- Scale our outsourcing footprint to position Whatnot to exceed customer expectations as our platform continues to grow – with a particular focus on supporting our International or Trust & Risk vertical
- Drive excellent performance and continuous improvement within our partner sites to ensure we’re constantly raising the bar on quality, speed, and efficiency
- Lead strategic sourcing processes when our business needs new partners & sites
- Go deep on our product and policies – leaders who succeed at Whatnot operate from deep, first-hand understanding of the experiences they are investigating
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external partners, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
