Premier Group is seeking a highly technical professional with strong experience in pre-construction, permitting, and regulatory compliance within the construction or roofing industry in the U.S.
The idóneo candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are technically sound, compliant, and fully prepared prior to construction. This role acts as a key bridge between Estimating, Pre-Construction, and Production, ensuring alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle.
This position requires strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation, as well as the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors,



and local authorities.
Responsibilities
Conduct technical reviews of roofing systems and construction projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Validate system components, including uplift calculations, fastening patterns, and material compatibility
Review and verify construction drawings, technical specifications, and submittals before project execution
Ensure alignment between project scope, design, and execution requirements
Manage and track permitting processes across multiple U.S. states, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
Coordinate with municipalities, counties, and local authorities to obtain approvals and prevent delays
Identify and resolve constructability issues prior to project kickoff
Perform technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
